Pinot Grigio-

Pinot grigio has its origins from the large Pinot family. Depending on the growing area, this white wine with a full taste and rich in extracts is presented in very diverse clothes: sometimes fiery and burly, with fruity aromas of ripe apple, pear and quince, sometimes more refined, with mineral notes and aromas of fresh cherry blossoms. With the German name of Ruländer, Pinot Grigio Ramato is usually referred to as the vinified product with a short stay on the skins. It is a technique that gives the wine a delicate coppery color.
