Producer

The Cantina Vale Isarco Eisacktaler was founded in 1961 by 24 winegrowers led by Anton Gfader. Over the years, the winery has played an essential role in the development of one of the best areas in Alto Adige, especially in the production of white wines. Today there are 130 members, with a total of about 150 hectares under vine. Priority is given to respecting the environment and the ecosystem of the area. Both in the vineyard and in the cellar they work with this philosophy, resulting in wines of absolute quality. Characterized by great elegance, minerality and freshness, divided into classic line, Aristos and Sabiona.
