The winery was founded in 1987 with the purchase of the Voglar vineyard in the area of the municipality of Cortaccia. Peter Dipoli is a leading figure on the wine scene not only in Alto Adige but also in Italy. A man of great competence and oenological culture, he has been able to enhance and understand the potential of the Voglar vineyard, dedicating it to the production of an incomparable Sauvignon Blanc. Over time, other small vineyards have been acquired, including the Iugum vineyard in the commune of Magrè, where the black grapes are cultivated, giving rise to the Bordeaux blend of the same name
