Straw yellow in color. The nose is intense, spicy with hints of rose petals and lychees. In the mouth it is spicy, aromatic, full-bodied and full.

The name THOMAS DORFMANN is closely linked to the enological history of the Isarco Valley. Son of the first oenologist and director of the Cantina Produttori Valle Isarco, Thomas succeeded his father in the early 1990s. For 27 years he signed the great wines of the Cantina Sociale, and then returned to his land, just under two hectares, recognized by all as the best Sylvaner vineyards in the whole Valley. For two years he has been bottling the fruit of his work and his vineyards, giving away the typical wines of the territory, characterized by an indisputable elegance.
