Straw yellow, it perfectly marries a decisive aroma with the delicate floral notes of roses and herbs. Light cuvée in its youthful freshness, it convinces everyone thanks to its elegant structure with an unexpected finish.

Vinification


The three vines are vinified separately and the cuvée takes place in spring. The grapes are softly pressed, while only the Gewürztraminer grapes undergo a 6-hour maceration on the skins before processing. The must undergoes static clarification and is subsequently fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C. The wine then ages for a few months on its own yeasts in stainless steel containers.

Pairings


Ideal as an aperitif, to be combined with full-bodied and slightly spiced first courses, white meats and Asian cuisine.

The superb climatic conditions and the exceptional location of the estates result in fresh and fruity white wines, as well as concentrated and smooth red wines.
