Features

Pale yellow color. The nose is broad and intense aromatic bouquet, good mineral texture, enriched by pleasant herbaceous, hay and citrus scents. On the palate it has a fine structure and great persistence, with a pleasantly dry and clean finish.

Vinification

Destemming and soft pressing, fermentation partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in acacia barrels at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C. Subsequently the wine remains on the noble lees for 5 months, before being bottled.

Pairings

Excellent with fish.

Manni Nössing one of the best enological interpreters of the Isarco valley. His wines are always in demand and award-winning.
