The FONDAZIONE EDMUND MACH winery is developed inside an ancient monastery dating back to the 12th century located in San Michele all'Adige, and represents a valuable testimony of the Trentino winemaking tradition. Only the grapes from the best vineyards of the company are transformed in the cellar, pursuing the objective of producing a range of wines that serve as an example and that represent the entire wine scene of the province of Trento.
