Producer

The FONDAZIONE EDMUND MACH winery is developed inside an ancient monastery dating back to the 12th century located in San Michele all'Adige, and represents a valuable testimony of the winemaking tradition of Trentino. The structure is now equipped with a modern and technological winemaking cellar and a special department for the production of the Classic Method sparkling wine. Only the grapes from the best vineyards of the company are transformed in the cellar, pursuing the objective of producing a range of wines that serve as an example and that represent the entire wine scene of the province of Trento.
