To the south of the Dolomites, on the edge of the city of Bolzano, the gentle hills of the Santa Maddalena area extend. Right in the middle of this idyllic landscape is the Glögglhof farm, dating back to the 14th century. The ancient winemaking tradition, handed down from generation to generation, is now carried on by the Gojer family. The winery has grown over the years with the addition of selected vines. Wine making is a creative process. From bud break to flowering to harvest, the Gojer family assists in the development of the vines respecting nature and natural vintage differences, trying to keep intact the type and character of the vines. They work according to this motto: quality lies in the vineyards. They try to keep the quality of the wines high by paying close attention during the delicate winemaking process in the cellar. In this way they are able to obtain authentic and exceptional wines.
