Ruby red color with orange reflections, elegant scent of rose petals and cloves. Sweet on the palate with a pleasant aromatic aftertaste and intact acidity.


The ripe grapes are left to dry for six weeks. After pressing, the must is subjected to short maceration for 3/5 days, soft pressing and fermentation in second and third passage barriques for 3 months at cellar temperature.


Dry pastries, macaroons or as a meditation wine.


Historic South Tyrolean winery located in the area of Lake Caldaro. It was born in 1919 by the hand of Giuseppe KETTMEIR oenologist and expert connoisseur of South Tyrolean viticulture. In 1964 KETTMEIR recognized the potential of bubbles and began the production of sparkling wines with the Charmat method, contributing to the relaunch of local sparkling wines. In 1992 the new challenge with the passage to the production of classic method sparkling wines: the most elegant and distinctive of the KETTMEIR production. The production is completed by the typical wines of the area: Muller, Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Moscato Rosa.
