Nuances between light yellow and greenish, this wine knows how to amaze and seduce with a spectrum of aromas as varied and intense as ever, with notes of white peach and apricot and floral aromas of sage and jasmine that blend in an enthralling aromatic symphony. Refined and well structured in the body, it has a pleasant play of acidity. The aftertaste is decisive and with mineral notes.


After 4 - 6 hours of maceration, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C; aging on the lees for 7 months with frequent batonnage in oak barrels; 70% fermented and aged for 7 months on the final lees in steel; aging in cement tanks for 2 months and another year of aging in the bottle

Castel Turmhof in Cortaccia is where the story of TIEFENBRUNNER . Since 1675 the farm has belonged to the family of the current owners. With the opening of a bar inside Castel Turmhof in 1968, Hilde and Herbert TIEFENBRUNNER took the first step towards a new era. Wines that had previously been destined for direct sales began to be bottled. From then on, new domestic and foreign markets opened up and the number of bottles produced continued to increase. Since 1983 his son Christof has also managed the farm and together with his wife Sabine, they have dedicated a worthy contribution of strength and passion to this long winemaking tradition for a continuous search for careful quality. Constantly aspiring to perfect quality and strengthened by a tradition crowned with success, the winery has frequently been awarded with national and international awards.
