Features


Brilliant ruby red color. Elegant hints of berries, such as raspberry and strawberry, light spicy note. Fresh on the palate, soft tannins, pleasant acidity, inviting.

Vinification


Fermentation in wooden barrels, aging always in wooden barrels for about 6 months. Then in the bottle.

Pairings


White meats, pasta dishes, bacon dumplings.

Producer


Tenuta Kornell is located in Settequerce, a small village in the municipality of Terlano, famous for its ancient winemaking traditions. Here Florian Brigl, owner of the company, together with his team of collaborators carries on the precious legacy left by his ancestors, with passion and responsibility, where the perfect union between nature and man is sought. The vineyards of the whites are mainly located around the estate, while for the other varieties there are land in Appiano and Gries, for a total of about 15 hectares. For Florian, wine means pleasure, joie de vivre and his wines characterized by a unique charm, personality and unmistakable style.
