Straw yellow colour with golden reflections. To the nose yellow fruits, floral and herbaceous notes with hints of spices. On the palate sapid and balanced with good freshness. The wine is part of the Comete collection in this wine red and white grapes are vinified together. From chaos comes form and fermentation combines the different varieties and characteristics and creates a multi-layered unit.

Spontaneous fermentation of a mixed set of directly pressed red grape varieties and white grapes vinified on the whole cluster for about three weeks. Maturation in contact with the yeasts in 1,000-litre oak casks.

Fish and white meats.

Founded in 1823 and now in its fifth generation with the current owner Alois Lageder, the winery stands out for its ability to blend tradition and innovation. Every action carried out on the estate is inspired by a holistic and sustainable approach. This means that respect for nature takes precedence, as demonstrated by the choice to practice organic-dynamic cultivation. The grapes harvested in the family's own vineyards (around 50 hectares) in Magrè, Cortaccia, Termeno and in the area around Lake Caldaro are cultivated using organic-dynamic methods. The Lindenburg vineyard in Bolzano and the Krafuss estate in S. Michele/Appiano are currently undergoing conversion. The Tenutae Lageder wines are made from grapes grown in the family's own vineyards. These are joined by the Alois Lageder line of typical wines, most of which are vinified in purity and made according to the highest quality criteria dear to the winery.
