The name THOMAS DORFMANN is closely linked to the wine history of the Isarco Valley. The son of the first winemaker and director of cantina Produttori Valle Isarco, Thomas succeeded his father in the early 1990s. For 27 years he signed the great wines of the Cantina Sociale, and then returned to his land, just under two hectares, recognized by everyone as the best vineyards of Sylvaner throughout the Valley. For two years he has been bottling the fruit of his work and its vineyards, giving the typical wines of the territory, characterized by an indisputable elegance.
