BORGO DEI POSSERI born from the passion and enthusiasm of friends Maria Marangoni and Martin Mainenti. Over time they have revolutionized their farm without affecting the identity of the territory. Their orientation was to enhance environmental variability (morphological, exposure, soil characteristics) through a series of vine-environment couplings in order to create wines with a strong personality and originality. Particular attention has been paid to the use of plant protection products in combination with biological treatments and to soil processing without the use of herbicides. The main grape varieties adopted are: Pinot Noir Muller Thurgau Sauvignon Gewurztraminer Merlot and Chardonnay
