Chardonnay

A familiar name for all the wine appasionati that in Trentino Alto Adige develops all its classic characteristics and knows how to excite with its slight acidity and its elegant play of aromas among which pineapple, banana, apple, pera, citrus, vanilla and butter stand out. When aged in steel it is lively and fruity but reaches its soft fullness in the most complex selections, such as when fermenting in barriques and subsequently refined in yeasts. It should be noted that South Tyrol Chardonnay was the first to obtain the Doc in 1984.
