The winery ABATE NERO was born in the early 1970s, giving life to the first cuvée in 1973; then after about 20 years of experience in sparkling wine, during the 90s, Luciano decided to take a further step, extending the stay on the yeasts of his sparkling wines, thus starting a quality path that sees the thousandths as the spearhead of all production. The vineyards ABATE NERO rooted on particularly suitable and well-exposed land on the hills in the Lavis area. The vineyards are cultivated with the classic Trentino pergola system, and the most common grapes are Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The production is always artisanal, all the processing phases take place in full compliance with the rules given by Trento Doc.
