Intense golden yellow color. On the nose, exotic fruit such as pineapple, then peach, butter, vanilla, honey and white flowers. Full, refreshing on the palate, with the right amount of flavor and good persistence.


Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for about 12 days, no filtration. Aging for 12 months in oak tonneaux.


Appetizers, seafood, white meat. aged cheeses.


We are in Vallagarina, in the southern area of Trentino. Here in 1997 EUGENIO ROSI gives rise to his production cellar. His philosophy as an artisan winemaker has led him to create wines that lovingly transmit the bond to the territory. As a good vigniaiolo, he has always considered the vineyard the fulcrum around which all the work revolves. The vines are cultivated looking for the natural productive balance, in order to have quality grapes. Wine is seen as a direct and natural consequence of the good work done in the countryside, trying to intervene as little as possible in the cellar. Simplicity, balance and harmony are the inspiring principles of his work and the characteristics he tries to transfer to wines. Alongside the vines that have always been cultivated in the region, such as Marzemino and Nosiola, the estate includes the classic international grapes: Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc
