Features

The nose clearly shows the characteristic aromas of the grape such as black currant, blackberry and blueberry, which develop with great elegance and intensity. In the background there are pleasant notes of licorice, vanilla and a touch of toasting and bitter orange.In the mouth it is a thick, round wine. It combines the freshness of fruity notes with a certain fatness, in perfect balance

Vinification

Fermentation in steel tanks (100%) Aging in used barriques (12 months).

Producer

HADERBURG was founded in 1976 by Alois Ochsenreiter with two distinct peasant souls, the sparkling wine and the more traditional one linked to the South Tyrolean tradition. The first sees the company as a precursor of the sparkling wine movement which today begins to interest other companies in the area. The traditional part aims to enhance the typical South Tyrolean vines.
