Features

The color ranges from straw yellow to golden yellow. Intense aromas of exotic fruits underlined by the wood. It is a very complex wine and at the same time elegant and savory

Vinification

The different grapes are de-stemmed and cold macerated for a few hours with the skin and then pressed. Fermentation is done in French oak barrels at low temperatures of 15 ° C. After fermentation, everything is drawn off, removing the coarse yeast and then pumped back into the barrels where the "sur lie" is made for approx. 8 months.

Pairings

Spicy appetizers, seasoned fish dishes, pates, Asian cuisine, white meats and even aged cheeses and also with aged goats. We recommend pairing with TRELATTI di ROBIOLA (Piedmont) and fig mostarda

Producer

The PETER SOLVA winery is located in Caldaro and from father to son for ten generations, since 1731 it has always been involved in the production of wines. The bottling of its wines began in 1963, twelve hectares cultivated with native and international vines. The production is proposed in three interpretations by the Vineyard Line characterized by fragrant and easy to read wines, to move on to Amistar and De Silva where the interpretation of the territory and of the Alto Atesine traditions prevails.
