Great aperitif. Dishes based on seafood, shellfish, fish, such as shrimp cocktail, boiled trout, baked sea bass, but also veal with tuna sauce.

Producer

BORGO DEI POSSERI was born from the passion and enthusiasm of friends Maria Marangoni and Martin Mainenti. Over time they have revolutionized their farm without affecting the identity of the territory. Their orientation was to enhance the environmental variability (morphological, exposure, characteristics of the soils) through a series of vine-environment combinations in order to create wines with a strong personality and originality. Particular attention was paid to the use of phytosanitary products in combination with biological treatments and to the cultivation of the soil without the use of herbicides. The main grape varieties adopted are: Pinot Nero Muller Thurgau Sauvignon Gewurztraminer Merlot and Chardonnay
