Features


It shows a subtle and persistent perlage. Its bright and luminous golden yellow color recalls the long aging. The nose is rich, ethereal and extremely elegant. The sensations of blond tobacco and bread crust are mixed with those of nutmeg and apricot with a base note tending to ripe which enhances its pleasantness. The taste is very rich, enveloping, interesting and savory; along the aftertaste with flavors of licorice and rhubarb.

Vinification


The whole and healthy bunches are unloaded directly into the press. It is fermented without decanting partly in small French oak and Hungarian acacia barrels and partly in steel. The batonnage is carried out weekly until the end of December, the refinement in wood and steel of the sparkling wine base continues until June. Aging on the lees continues for at least 84 months.

Able to accompany tasty but delicate dishes, as well as aged cheeses, game birds, dishes with a refined taste.

cantina endrizzi producing Trentino wines since 1885. It has a long history behind it, made up of passions and men who believed in work and in the terroir. Today everything continues with the fourth generation and is represented by the great-grandson Paolo and his wife Christine.The work of Endrizzi extends all around the historic Masetto building in San Michele all Adige. an avant-garde architectural project that is very attentive to minimizing the environmental impact. The dominant note in the new part of the cellar is given by the rich technological equipment: steel modeled in many forms (tanks, stairs, technical equipment, pipes, walkways) and enhanced by spotlights in semi-dark environments (black walls and ceiling ) ensuring a unique visual emotion. The cantina endrizzi wines are all made with integrated farming practices without synthetic chemical treatments
