Features

Straw yellow color with rather evident green shades. Wine with a very complex aromatic profile, with citrus notes, elderberry and sage in evidence. Equally rich flavor is presented in the mouth, where the varietal notes are supported by a consistency and a thickness of the first order.

Vinification

Soft pressing of the destemmed grapes after cold maceration. Fermentation and maturation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. It rests on its lees for up to a few weeks before bottling.

Pairings

Seafood, asparagus and white meat.

Producer

Graziano Fontana, a winemaker who, with enthusiasm, perseverance and stubbornness, has been running the winery he owns since the early 1990s. Activity started by the grandfather of Graziano himself, it is with the latter's takeover that the grapes are no longer sold, to be entirely vinified and labeled in his own name. The company has about 12 hectares of cultivated area, 25,000 bottles produced per year, 7 different varieties grown and an exclusively family business with the participation of the children Walter, Andrea and Giulia and his wife Renata.
