The farm VALLAROM was bought by the Scienza family in 1963 and more precisely by Ezio Scienza with his wife Giuseppina, who gradually restored it and planted the first cuttings. With the passing of time, the sons Renato, esteemed neurosurgeon but passionate about wine and the countryside, Attilio Scienza, a famous agronomist, and his grandchildren have always dedicated themselves to the nascent farm, with a lot of passion and dedication to produce the wine they had. in "mind", certainly thanks to the collaboration of the climatic and podological conditions very suitable for the cultivation of vineyards. Currently the company is run by Filippo Scienza with his wife Barbara.His knowledge, obtained from the studies carried out at the Agricultural Institute of San Michele all'Adige, the Center de Formation Professionnelle et de Promotion Agricole de Beaune in Bargogna and at the School of Agriculture, Purdue University California USA, his practice, always carried out in the family farm VALLAROM but also in Italian and foreign wineries, combined with both his extraordinary ability to get in tune with the rhythms of the countryside, his passion and why no to his extravagance, which to the extraordinary terrain with the right microclimate, led him to obtain excellent results with wines that are motto drinkable, but with personality and character, and with an excellent value for money. |
