Maceration takes place in steel at a controlled temperature and then racked into French barriques for 18 months. After bottling, a long period still passes before being placed on the market.

Red meats, game.

Tenuta KOLLERHOF is a small family business, located in the hamlet of Mazzon in the municipality of Egna, a classic area and one of the most suitable for the production of Pinot Noir. The farm KOLLERHOF from which the estate takes its name has been owned since 1965 of the Visintin family who began to cultivate the Pinot Nero vineyards on 4 hectares of land particularly suitable for the vine. The passion, attention and dedication that goes from the vineyard to the bottling give life to high quality wines, and expression of the territory.
