The LAIMBURG winery was founded in 1975 as an offshoot of the Center for Agricultural and Forestry Experimentation of LAIMBURG , owned by the Autonomous Province of Bolzano. It is in fact a structure that includes among its tasks those of research and experimentation in the wine and oenological field for Alto Adige, which is flanked by the production and sales activities typical of a private company. The grapes come from our own vineyards, distributed throughout the province of Bolzano. A model reality where research and production give rise to high quality wines. Two lines are produced: "Vini del Podere" and "Selezione Maniero", all labels that combine innovative methods of winemaking and tradition.
