Features


White wine with a straw yellow color with intense notes of melon, pear, apple, and freshly picked flowers. Extremely fine on the palate, savory, mineral, intense and persistent.

Vinification


Aging for 8 months in large oak barrels.

Pairings


Fresh cheeses, grilled fish, seafood risotto, sushi and sashimi.

Producer

The PACHER HOF estate is located in the Isarco Valley in Novacella just above Bressanone. It all started with Andreas Huber, winemaker and cellarman of the estate. On about 8 hectares it passionately cultivates the typical white grape varieties of the territory. The wines are dry characterized by a marked minerality and intense fruity notes, in the name of purity. Andreas aims at a delicate processing of the grapes in the cellar, consciously renouncing the aging in barrique. The conversion to biodynamic cultivation is underway.
