What was asked of wine in the past was very different from what is asked of it today. A change that Klaus PFITSCHER had already grasped and understood 40 years ago, when he decided to devote himself to the winemaking of more ambitious vines and therefore to focus 100% on quality. A concept that, at the time, was not yet so widespread in the panorama of South Tyrolean wine production. But the facts proved him right. Today PFITSCHER wines are an expression of the vital force of the vineyard and the genuine purity of the wine.
