Features


It is presented in its golden yellow color, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of plum and hawthorn followed by aromas of quince, honey, hazelnut, almond and praline. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack, pleasing roundness and light sweetness, however balanced, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of quince and plum.

Vinification


Wine produced with slightly dried grapes and matured in acacia barrels.

A series of small vineyards scattered in the valley of the lakes (Lasino) between the Brenta Dolomites and Lake Garda.
