The Madruzzo Pinot Noir in purity, this wine with an unmistakable cardinal red color, shows a delicious aromatic charge, light as well as delicate that recalls morello cherry and red berries, both on the nose and on the palate elegant body with a good taste persistence that is decidedly more satisfying if drunk after a few years.

Vinification


Maceration for 15 days, then in barrique for one year and six months of aging in the bottle.

First courses, red meats, medium-aged cheeses.

Producer


A series of small vineyards scattered in the valley of the lakes (Lasino) between the Brenta Dolomites and Lake Garda. Traditional and interspecific crops under the watchful eye of the young enologist Erika Pedrini who has been able to give life to a wide range of authentic, well-dosed, highly drinkable wines.
