Features


Strong ruby red color, strong aromas of small red fruits on the nose, with a unique character, great structure, complex and unexpected freshness.

Vinification


After pressing, the wine ferments on the skins, which are left in contact with the wine for well over 30 days. At the end of the maceration it rests for 5 years in large wooden barrels and a further 3 in the bottle.

Red meats, game. Also excellent with aged cheeses.

Cantina REDONDEL is a small company located in the Piana Rotaliana in the municipality of Mezzolombardo. Paolo Zanini carries on his grandfather's tradition by dedicating himself exclusively to the Teroldego vine, it could be called the "Teroldego mission". A continuous search for a passion that leads Zanini with courage and determination to an empathy with his vineyards where observation, experience, culture and respect for nature generate a level product in the small world of Teroldego Rotaliano
