Fermentation for 20 days, maturation and refinement for 12 months in small French oak barrels, 6 months in large wooden barrels and 6 months in the bottle.

Just over 5 hectares in Appiano in South Tyrol on the side of the mountains that lead to the Mendola Pass. Here at about 500 meters above sea level, Rosmarie and Andreas Nicolussi Leck cultivate the typical South Tyrolean vineyards with great attention to Pinot Noir, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon and Chardonnay in the continuous search for a close link with the territory.
