Features

Straw yellow color with light greenish reflections. Elegant and harmonious, with hints of fruit such as peach and pear. Balanced acidity and pleasantly mineral on the finish.

Vinification

Slow fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aging for about 8 months on fine lees in 20-hectolitre oak barrels.

Producer

The Pacherhof winery is located in Novacella in the Isarco Valley. The owner Andreas Huber cultivates on the sunny slope above the town of Bressanone, about 8 hectares of white grape vineyards, Sylvaner, Riesling, Kerner, Pinot Grigio, Muller Thurgau, typical of the area and characterized by personality and elegance. Andreas pursues an idea of wine that allows to enhance the combination of the territory and the vine, where minerality and intense fruity notes are enclosed in his wines.
