Color ranging from green-yellow to bright yellow. Fruity aroma with exotic tones, comparable to freshly dried hay. Important and full body with an excellent structure.

Producer

Peter Wachtler, a young winemaker from the Isarco Valley, in a few years has placed himself at the top of the production of this area of South Tyrol with elegant and typical wines such as Sylvaner, Riesling and Kerner, only white berried wines that adapt perfectly to the soil rich in silicon and quartz that give flavor to the wines, thanks to a careful management of the production cycle by Peter.
