Features


Straw yellow color with light green reflections. Very typical in its clear and marked bouquet with delicate fruity notes (peach, pear). Vinous flavor with a fresh finish.

Vinification


Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature and aging 50% in steel and 50% in large wooden barrels (acacia) on fine lees for about 4 months. Bottled: normally end of May

Pairings


Fish, seafood and shellfish, white meat and poultry.

Producer


Peter Wachtler, a young winemaker from the Isarco Valley, in a few years has placed himself at the top of the production of this area of South Tyrol with elegant and typical wines such as Sylvaner, Riesling and Kerner, only white berried wines that adapt perfectly to the soil rich in silicon and quartz that give flavor to the wines, thanks to a careful management of the production cycle by Peter.
