Features

Yellow in color with slight greenish reflections, exotic fruits, pineapple and lemon prevail on the nose. Fresh on the palate, pleasantly harmonious characterized by a not too pronounced acidity.

Vinification

Fermentation in steel and aged in oak barrels for 18 months.

Producer

HAPPACHERHOF is the experimental estate of the high school for agriculture of the province of Bolzano. The area planted with vines is about 5 hectares, with particular attention to very low yields per hectare to guarantee a superior quality of the wines produced. Lagrein Merlot Cabernet and Chardonnay are mainly produced.
