Features

The Chardonnay Riserva „Castel Ringberg“ presents itself with notes of intense golden yellow. Its complex bouquet ranges from exotic fruits, to delicate notes of vanilla and light toasting. Upon tasting, the elegant structure expresses itself in all its strength, underlining its dry vein and highlighting its freshness and flavor, which blend perfectly with its balanced, harmonious and persistent body.

Vinification

Soft pressing of the grapes, with static decanting of the must. Fermentation takes place in French Allier oak barrels. At the end of fermentation, the wine is left on its own yeasts (sur lie) and subjected to "battonage" weekly for 3 months. The wine ages for 10 months in Barriques on its own lees.
