Features


Straw yellow color with light greenish reflections. Fine and persistent perlage. Aromas that recall white pulp fruit accompanied by delicate notes of wildflowers. Fine and balanced taste with a pleasant aftertaste of ripe fruit and bread crust.

Vinification


Traditional white vinification with soft pressing of the grapes and first fermentation in steel. Second fermentation and permanence on selected yeasts for at least 18 months.

The ABATE NERO winery was born in the early 70s, giving life to the first cuvée in 1973; then after about 20 years of experience in sparkling wine making, during the 90s, Luciano decides to take a further step, extending the stay on the yeasts of his sparkling wines, thus starting a quality path that sees in the vintage the spearhead of the whole The vines ABATE NERO are rooted in particularly suitable and well exposed soils on the hills in the Lavis area. The vines are cultivated with the classic Trentino pergola system, and the most common grapes are Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Production is always artisanal, all stages of processing take place in full compliance with the rules given by Trento Doc.
