Features

Fine perlage, pale pink in color, fruity with notes of cherry and small red fruits. Dry, elegant where the hints of fruit leave room for light notes of yeast.

Vinification

The ABATE NERO winery was born in the early 70s, giving life to the first cuvée in 1973; then after about 20 years of experience in sparkling wine making, during the 90s, Luciano decides to take a further step, extending the stay on the yeasts of his sparkling wines, thus starting a quality path that sees in the vintage the spearhead of the whole The vines ABATE NERO are rooted in particularly suitable and well exposed soils on the hills in the Lavis area.
