Features

Ruby red in color, with marked notes of small red fruits on the nose. Elegant and enveloping flavor with particular varietal characteristics notes.

Vinification

Red vinification with fermentation and maceration on the skins for 2 weeks. maturation in barriques for 18 months and refining in bottle.

Pairings

It is enhanced with mixed boiled meats.

Producer

BORGO DEI POSSERI was born from the passion and enthusiasm of friends Maria Marangoni and Martin Mainenti. Over time they have revolutionized their farm without affecting the identity of the territory. Their orientation was to enhance the environmental variability (morphological, exposure, characteristics of the soils) through a series of vine-environment combinations in order to create wines with a strong personality and originality. Particular attention was paid to the use of phytosanitary products in combination with biological treatments and to the cultivation of the soil without the use of herbicides. The main grape varieties adopted are: Pinot Nero Muller Thurgau Sauvignon Gewurztraminer Merlot and Chardonnay.
