Features

The 38 months of stay in contact with the yeasts gives the sparkling wine an important, full, intense and persistent structure, without forgetting the unmistakable and beautiful acidity given by the grapes coming from mountain soils.

Vinification

Aging for 8 months in stainless steel and 38 months on the lees.

Pairings

It goes splendidly with light appetizers, pasta with vegetable and seafood sauces, fried vegetables and fish.

Producer

BORGO DEI POSSERI was born from the passion and enthusiasm of friends Maria Marangoni and Martin Mainenti. Over time they have revolutionized their farm without affecting the identity of the territory. Their orientation was to enhance the environmental variability (morphological, exposure, characteristics of the soils) through a series of vine-environment combinations in order to create wines with a strong personality and originality. Particular attention was paid to the use of phytosanitary products in combination with biological treatments and to the cultivation of the soil without the use of herbicides. The main grape varieties adopted are: Pinot Nero Muller Thurgau Sauvignon Gewurztraminer Merlot and Chardonnay.
