Features

Its color is straw yellow with greenish reflections. In the perfume you can identify notes of peach, grapefruit and citrus, combined with floral, spicy and mineral scents. It has a fresh and decisive flavor, pleasantly acidic.

Vinification

De-stemmed grapes in a pneumatic press with an inert nitrogen atmosphere, cold maceration of the crushed grapes for 4-6 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel containers with selected yeasts. Aging on the lees with batonage for a few months.

Pairings

Wine that goes well with refined menus, such as dishes based on shellfish, or freshwater fish, grilled or boiled. However, the combination with omelettes and vegetables is also excellent.

Producer

cantina endrizzi producing Trentino wines since 1885. It has a long history behind it, made up of passions and men who believed in work and in the terroir. Today everything continues with the fourth generation and is represented by the great-grandson Paolo and his wife Christine.The work of Endrizzi extends all around the historic Masetto building in San Michele all Adige. an avant-garde architectural project that is very attentive to minimizing the environmental impact.
