Features

Light yellow color with greenish reflections. Complex nose, fruity with evident references to peach and citrus, floral. Good structure on the palate characterized by freshness and flavor

Vinification


Fermentation and aging for 70% in steel and 30% in oak barrels, permanence on the lees for nine months. In bottle for another 6 months before release.

Pairings


White meats, risotto and pasta with shellfish fish.
