Features

Brilliant straw yellow color. Intense fruity bouquet on the nose, pear and apricot with a light toasted aroma. On the palate the fruity notes return, full-bodied, harmonious and savory.

Vinification

50% ferments and refines in French oak barrels, the other 50% ferments and refines in steel. After aging, the components are assembled and rest for a further 6 months in the bottle.

Pairings

White meat, fish and shellfish.

Producer

The COMAI farm boasts a wine tradition that has been carried on for four generations. We are in the Alto Garda where the lake meets the Dolomites, where the morphology of the land and the climatic conditions contribute to making each vineyard express its peculiarities. The work of the COMAI family, with the entry of the young Marco and Andrea who follow every little step from the vineyard to the cellar, is based on a path of continuous research and knowledge of the territory, also with the biological conversion of all the vineyards, which leads to the production of quality wines and expression of the diversities of Garda Trentino.
