Features

Straw yellow color tending to greenish. It has a slightly aromatic, fruity bouquet with hints of pear, apple, apricot and elderflower. In the mouth it is juicy, pleasantly fresh, full-bodied, balanced and with an elegant persistence.

Vinification

Delicate processing and pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature and maturation on the yeasts in steel, no malolactic fermentation.

Pairings

Light appetizers, fish, asparagus.

Producer

The name THOMAS DORFMANN is closely linked to the enological history of the Isarco Valley. Son of the first oenologist and director of the Cantina Produttori Valle Isarco, Thomas succeeded his father in the early 1990s. For 27 years he signed the great wines of the Cantina Sociale, and then returned to his land, just under two hectares, recognized by all as the best Sylvaner vineyards in the whole Valley. For two years he has been bottling the fruit of his work and his vineyards, giving the typical wines of the territory, characterized by an indisputable elegance.
