Features

Brilliant straw yellow color, fine and continuous perlage. Intense aroma of plum and apricot with slight notes of pan-brioches. Full, elegant and savory taste.

Vinification

Soft pressing of whole grapes, fermentation in stainless steel. Second fermentation towards April after maturation and stabilization of the base wine. Disgorgement after 60 months from tirage without adding sugar liqueur.

Pairings

It goes perfectly with fish based appetizers, smoked fish and shellfish.
