Features

Straw yellow in color, hints of exotic fruit, pineapple, delicately spiced. Elegant and fresh, seductive and persistent never cloying. Dry closure with a singular and compelling finish. To try.

Vinification

The fully ripe grapes are subjected to careful and delicate pressing and their juice is left to ferment in wooden barrels. Natural malolactic fermentation follows. The aging on the lees for 23 months in the barrels and the aging in the bottle for 2 years.

Pairings

It goes well with fish dishes, even with elaborate cooking. Excellent with quiches and eggs.

Hartmann Donà's words. For as long as I can remember, my life has always been in the vineyards, among the grapes, in the cellars. First, in the name of the evocative image of robust vines and shady rows, the wonderful taste of sweet grapes and the cheerful party after the harvest. Then, of the sour smell of the fermentation cellar, of the first tastings under the guidance of an expert hand. Finally, fascinated by taking care of the vines directly and making excellent wines come from fine grapes. This is my reality today.
