Features

Intense golden yellow color. References to the typical aromas of Gewurz: rose petals, lychee and orange blossom with slight otes of mint and spices. Full, elegant and very dry on the palate.

Vinification

Spontaneous fermentation on the skins with a small amount of Pinot Bianco for 4 weeks. After soft pressing, final fermentation, malolactic fermentation and aging in 500-liter oak barrels.

Pairings

Smoked fish fruity sauces.

Producer

The Abraham Estate was born by the hand of Martin and Marlies Abraham, where in 2011, they decided to vinify their own grapes, focusing on responsible management of the vineyards, respecting and preserving with passion the character of the land in the area of Appiano San Michele (BZ ). In 2012 the new cellar was built where the wines are vinified, while in the existing structure the wines find the right environment for aging. The wines produced are Pinot Bianco, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Nero and Schiava, characteristic, expressive wines of great charm.
