Features

Brilliant straw yellow color, it fascinates with its marked floral bouquet, accompanied by delicate oriental spice notes, and rose. It is a harmonious wine, with good acidity and a finish of good persistence.

Vinification

Very soft destemming and pressing and short maceration in the press. Fermentation and aging on the fine lees totally in steel. Bottling and further refinement in the bottle for 5/6 months.

KLINGER WINERY was born from the passion for viticulture of the brothers Enzo Umberto and Lorena assisted by their father Felice. in 1921 the great-grandfather Luigi Pilati bought the Cinga farm, located just above the village of Pressano, renowned for the cultivation of Gewurztraminer. In this portion of land vines have always been cultivated. In 2018 the new company was born where mainly Nosiola native grapes of Trentino, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Bianco are grown.
