Features

Straw yellow in color. It stands out for its delicate aromas with light shades of white flowers and unripe fruit. Dry taste, pleasantly fresh, fruity and harmonious.

Vinification

Destemming and very soft pressing, maceration in an inert environment for a day and a half. fermentation and aging takes place for about 6 months, half in small barrels, half in steel, with periodic batonage. Finally bottled for about six months.

Wine to combine with appetizers, fish and white meats.

KLINGER WINERY was born from the passion for viticulture of the brothers Enzo Umberto and Lorena assisted by their father Felice. in 1921 the great-grandfather Luigi Pilati bought the Cinga farm, located just above the village of Pressano, renowned for the cultivation of Gewurztraminer. In this portion of land vines have always been cultivated. In 2018 the new company was born where mainly Nosiola native grapes of Trentino, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Bianco are grown.
